A useful RFQ identifies the destination market, formula and dangerous-goods status, fill size, component interfaces, decoration, secondary pack, quantities, sample stages, evidence, acceptance criteria and responsibility split. 'Standard packaging' and 'all certificates' are not usable specifications.
Commercial and market inputs
State launch countries, channels, target price architecture, quantity scenarios, desired launch window and the buyer's importer or responsible-party status. Mark estimates as estimates. Ask suppliers to separate confirmed capability, assumptions and items needing samples.

Technical pack inputs
Specify nominal fill, bottle shape or drawing, finish interface, pump output target, cap and collar concept, formula availability, decoration artwork, carton or rigid-box structure, inserts and export packing. Request exact component references rather than visually similar alternatives.
